Islandora Camp is going to Limerick, Ireland June 20 - 22, 2018. This will be our only stop in Europe in 2018, and we'll be holding our traditional three day camp, with two days of sessions bookending a day of hands-on training from experienced Islandora instructors. Rosie Le Faive started with Islandora in 2012 while creating the a trilingual digital library for the Commission for Environmental Cooperation. She is the Digital Infrastructure and Discovery librarian at UPEI, where she oversees a flock of over a dozen Fedora instances. Her interests include communicative UI design, data modelling, and RDF.
Sinéad Keogh is the Digital Services Librarian at the University of Limerick. She has worked with Islandora for two years to develop the digital library. She is also responsible for the university’s institutional repository (DSpace) and manages the digitisation unit and the development of library online exhibitions. She attended Islandora camp in 2015.
Jonathan Green is currently the digital repository technical lead at LYRASIS. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer for discoverygarden, where he started working on Islandora 6.x in 2010. He was a member of the sprint team that started building Islandora 7.x as well as authoring the initial version of the Tuque Library. He is a committer on the Islandora and Islandora-Claw projects and has contributions to many open source projects. He is interested in all things Islandora from code to UX.
